I didn’t realize the difference proper hydration and fueling would do to my training. I have been a runner for most of my life and decided to take it a step farther this year. I’ve followed a lot of training plans and it has helped my endurance and speed in the past, but since having at least 90 oz. of water and fueling before, during and after my workouts has been a game changer. I’ve been able to decrease my half marathon time by 14 minutes and am excited to see what my future holds!
