I can’t fully express in words how much working with Tiffany has changed my relationship with food, my body and my mental health. I didn’t consider myself an athlete, on top of being a busy working mom who ‘just hits the gym’, but she taught me how to fuel properly like an athlete before and after training. She guided me in the correct food choices to make for my lifestyle and personal preferences and she was a constant source of grace, accountability and encouragement these last months.
