The knowledge passed along to me about proper fueling was vital for my success in the Montana Marathon. I am sure that the recommendations I received from Tiffany were a direct influence in beating my goal time! I felt strong, energized, and had no stomach issues on any of my training runs or on race day. One of the aspects of marathon training I was most nervous about was my fueling and GI issues. I so appreciate the information given to me that allowed me to train and race with the proper nutrition and alleviate my nerves around fueling.
