When we started FLN, we primarily worked with mother athletes to help them maximize their time and nutrition.  Though we continue to work with this group, we have expanded our services.

Owners and Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, Kendra Miller and Tiffany Ricci, are Certified Specialists in Sports Nutrition who help active people lose food stress, ditch the diet cycle, and make the most of their exercise with personalized nutrition care plans that work with their busy lives. 

They are women who understand the frustrations of busy life and the difficulties that go into improving health and fitness.  They know what it takes to improve your sports performance, find peace with food, prevent injury, maintain wellness, and so much more!
