Meet Tiffany Ricci, RDN, CSSD, ACSM-EP
Sports Dietitian | Endurance Athlete | Boy-Mom
Hi there! I’m Tiffany—a nutrition nerd, lifelong athlete, and mom to three very active boys. Between soccer games, wrestling matches, cross-country meets, and everything in between, I know how hectic life can be when you’re trying to fuel performance and manage a full plate (literally and figuratively).
My passion for sports nutrition began when I was training for marathons and wanted to help others perform at their best, too. I earned my degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Kansas State University and went on to work in clinical nutrition, employee wellness, and university-level education before launching Fueling Life Nutrition. I’m also a Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP), which helps me bridge the gap between training and fueling
I’ve run marathons, biked century rides, skied long-distance Nordic events—and I’ve helped athletes do all that and more. But more than anything, I love teaching people how to take the stress out of food and use nutrition as a tool to support their goals.
